On a lazy Sunday, I managed to put off my XT (extra training) on my very first day of the Marathon Makeover training so that I could attend church, eat lunch, and start my new blog. Surely putting this in print on the internet where everyone could read it makes it more real than ACTUALLY starting, right? Well, now that this is done, I suppose I will air up the tires on my bike and get at it. I look forward to meeting all the rest of you runners or woggers, and hope you all take it one day at a time.

sunday is a hard day for me, im thinking about making sunday as my off day instead of friday,,

Tell Vickie to take off Friday and not monkey with the schedule. She can take Sunday off too if she must - but NO running on Friday!
