I have quickly found that the best way to keep my goals for the day are to plan what, when, where, and get my stuff together the DAY BEFORE! Otherwise, too many obstacles will put me on the ropes all day. Today, however, I squeezed in a little wogging around the hood' to get in my daily pain. I am throughly enjoying the blogs. I have no excuses after reading some of yours. Especially you guys with little tiny tots- Teething! Wow... I am much impressed, and hope you all keep up the great blogging.
For those of you who were looking for music, I would suggest you look at the workout music lists that Apple's iTunes has. One of the reasons that iPods are so popular is due to the great user friendly features that the iTunes has, as well as the way you can easily see and find good songs to fill you iPod up with. At the risk of sounding like a commercial, I will be happy to share some geek knowledge on "how to" use an iPod, or which to buy, etc., I have two other iPods- the 60gb video iPod, and the 1/2 gb shuffle- but am currently using the iPod Nano 8gb, with the Nike + device for tracking mileage, time, speed, etc.. It holds plenty of tunes, and I haven't heard (or remember) hearing the same song twice since I had it.
Keep up the great postings..Happy Woggin!

I'd love to hear more about iPods. I've found that when I walk outside, with no music, I get tired faster. I have no clue about iPods, so please share your knowledge. I'd want something "user friendly" for a beginner. thanks
I just got a shuffle this week and my daughter has been "loading" it for me with my cds. I haven't used it yet, but can't wait to get out on the road with it.
